You'll focus on commercial roofing repairs with light residential work, backed by the resources and stability of a nationally supported, locally owned roofing leader. Key Responsibilities

• Perform commercial roofing repairs and light residential repairs with precision and professionalism.
• Inspect roofs, identify issues, and complete repairs that meet company and industry standards.
• Safely set up and use ladders, harnesses, and other safety equipment to access and work on roofs.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members about project status and any additional work needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working condition.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure jobsite safety.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial and/or residential roofing repairs.
• Comfortable using ladders and working at heights on various roof types.
• Strong understanding of roofing systems, repair techniques, and safety best practices.
• Experience in roofing materials such as modified, stone coated steel and gravel, TPO, PVC, EPDM, shingles etc
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and grow; we're ready to invest in training the right candidate.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules.
• Not seeking full-time employment; candidates may hold other jobs provided they don't interfere with scheduled hours for Bumble Roofing.
