This role oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of software testing and release processes. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and timely delivery of software products through effective test management, release planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Language Skills
Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to Members and other Team Members at the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute dividends and interest.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form.

This role oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of software testing and release processes. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and timely delivery of software products through effective test management, release planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Essential Duties
- Oversee the end-to-end software testing lifecycle, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Manage the software release process, including scheduling, coordination, and deployment across environments.
- Collaborate with development, Core application support, Salesforce DevOps, product teams and business unit leaders to ensure smooth and timely releases.
- Define and enforce testing and release standards, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure traceability of requirements through test cases and release documentation.
- Monitor and improve test coverage, automation, and performance testing strategies.
- Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.
- Maintain release documentation, including release notes, deployment guides, and rollback procedures.
- Lead post-release reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
