The Marketing Manager will serve as the liaison and support person between the Business Development, Operational Divisions, Administrative and Human Resources Departments.

Summary
The Marketing Manager will serve as the liaison and support person between the Business Development, Operational Divisions, Administrative and Human Resources Departments.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Respond to RFPs which includes reviewing information from owner, GC, and construction manager; set-up, respond in writing, project selection, bios, resumes, and deliver
- Create and maintain all key employee bios
- Create and maintain all corporate project profiles. Write a general description of the project, obtain Shambaugh’s responsibility and discipline
- Create and maintain project history lists by key breakouts including market, repeat-owners, repeat GC
- Coordinate with professional photographers and videographers for processional project photography, short video, and producing project videos
- Be the single point of contact with EMCOR corporate marketing department
- Direct and guide marketing assistant on both shared and independent responsibilities
- Prepare presentations for national opportunities
- Prepare custom booklets for specific opportunities where the customer is not familiar with Shambaugh’s depth of experience and reach
- Coordinate 10 websites with EMCOR Marketing
- Distribute Contact Us from all sites
- Collaborate with EMCOR Marketing for content on numerous LinkedIn sites.
- Review all rewrites to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate corporate event tickets
- Write press releases
- Host corporate events
- Provide customer service and host corporate visitors
- Other duties as assigned
- BS/BA in Marketing preferred but not required.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles
- Good knowledge of MS Office; especially Photo Shop/Publisher/Visio
- Experience with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator a plus
- Proven knowledge of Bluebeam Review preferred
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Must be a self-starter and able to work with different departments
- Quantity – strong work ethic and able to multitask
- Exhibit willingness to learn and improve
- Develop and drive new processes and procedures to improve efficiency through software and process improvement
- Must be well-organized, friendly, polite, respectful, and be able to deal with a constantly changing environment
- Contain great people skills while being a self-starter and doer with a positive attitude
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; move within the office to retrieve files and meet with employees in their offices or conference room
- Able to work at a computer (reading and keying) for extended periods of time
- This role requires communicating verbally and in writing one on one, in small groups, as well as presenting to larger groups of employees
- Infrequently required to travel by car (as a passenger or driver) or by airplane
