Your Impact
- Inspire and empower a dynamic team of mental health clinicians, guiding their professional growth and performance.
- Champion exceptional client care through diligent case management.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and policies to improve our service delivery.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback for team growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Ensure our clinical services and operations adhere to the highest standards, laws, and ethical guidelines.
- Create a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive work environment that encourages innovation.
- Oversee recruitment initiatives, hiring, and onboarding of new clinicians.
- Encourage continuous learning and professional development through education and training.
- Join forces with senior management to devise strategic growth plans and service enhancements.
- A Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Valid licensure in your field (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) preferred.
- Current knowledge of mental health laws, ethics, and regulatory standards.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
- Skilled in conflict resolution.
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
