Position Summary
Under the general supervision of a manager, the Data Analyst, Regulatory and Compliance, provides analytical and operational support to one or more of these areas: Safety & Security, Licensing, Facility Compliance, Consumer Drug Take -Back Programs (CDTB), and customer reporting – as assigned. This role requires generalized knowledge of company policies within Regulatory & Compliance, as well as the business functions conducted at the Rx facility, CDTB, and the government agencies, federal and state, that oversee the regulations for the facility and consumer drug take-back.

Primary Accountabilities
Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Analytical/Technical (75%)
- Understand the business being performed at the Rx facility
- Understand the state statutory data requirements for CDTB programs
- Have general knowledge of federal, state, and local agencies that oversee the businesses
- Pull, organize, and make data digestible for leaders to make business decisions
- Identify statistical trends using data on both regular and ad-hoc basis
- Pull, organize, and make data digestible for CDTB regulatory agencies based upon statutory requirements and regulatory requests
- Ability to identify and prioritize low and high-risk findings
- Provide leaders with recommendations and plans on how to address findings backed by data
- Bachelor’s degree (Data and Engineering degrees a plus)
- 2-4 years of data analytics experience; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Alteryx, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc. considered a plus
