The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst & Reporting Specialist to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Customer Engagement, and delivering actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis. The ideal candidate has a passion for transforming raw data into valuable information and can communicate complex findings clearly to stakeholders.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst & Reporting Specialist to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Customer Engagement, and delivering actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis. The ideal candidate has a passion for transforming raw data into valuable information and can communicate complex findings clearly to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize recurring reports and dashboards to track business performance and KPIs.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and support strategic initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and systems.
- Automate and streamline reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency.
- Support ad hoc data requests and conduct deep-dive analyses to answer key business questions.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership and business partners in a clear and
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role
- Proficient in Power BI and Excel, Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Customer Engagement
- Understanding of data governance and best practices in data quality management
- Ability to translate complex data into business insights and recommendations.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data concepts to non-technical audiences
- Compensation: You’ll earn a base between $70,000 and $80,000, with bonus opportunities that can bring total earnings to $80,000 – $90,000 or more.
