Office Assistant
We are looking for a person with great attention to detail and excellent customer service skills to help with the day-to-day activities of our small sales office. We need a self-starter who can identify what needs to be done and see it through to completion.

Office Assistant
We are looking for a person with great attention to detail and excellent customer service skills to help with the day-to-day activities of our small sales office. We need a self-starter who can identify what needs to be done and see it through to completion.
- $22-$25/hour depending on level of experience and qualifications
- Excellent health, dental, & vision insurance - Eligible Day-1

- Generous paid time off
- Part-time 30-32 hours/week - Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM
- Answer & direct calls. Greet and assist visitors.
- Retrieve, open & distribute daily mail and sign for deliveries.
- Order, stock, and/or deliver office, facility & safety supplies.
- Maintain building inspections schedule. Report computer/phone issues to IT.
- Create and update sales quotes as requested.
- Order sales literature & maintain literature files. File and maintain literature cabinets and racks.
- Collect and organize company credit card receipts & scan receipts for expense reports.
- Assist with internal & external events and shows.
- Make travel arrangements as requested.
- Other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as required by the position.
- 2-3 years administrative - office experience
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent organizational & multi-tasking skills
- Friendly and helpful with the ability to work well in a small team environment
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently; a self-starter with the ability to take initiative when required
- Excellent phone and customer service skills
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
