Mayo Clinic International is seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team and support the automation and streamlining of contracting processes. The Contract Analyst will help design and implement scalable workflows for contract generation including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs). Also helping to prepare new SOWs. This position plays a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and enabling scalable growth.
The Contract Analyst is responsible for continuous improvement, oversight and administration of the Contract Management System (CRM). This position will direct and oversee the staff training program for the CRM. This position communicates regularly with various levels of internal and external personnel. Responsible for completion of template agreements and formatting of contracts. This position will handle all required registrations and certificates needed for business lines. Must have ability to manage multiple client relationships, with an understanding of and willingness to meet staff needs and business goals in a dynamic, team-based, environment. Provides strong support to the Contracting Team including, but not limited to, data collection, input to RFP, contract fee schedule creation, contract communications, expiring contracts follow up, and timely input into the CRM of all new and updated contracts. Serves as a resource on department and institutional initiatives. This position focuses on contract maintenance and contract system quality control. This position requires a very high level of attention to detail.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree with five years’ experience in contract management/negotiation; or an Associate’s degree with seven years’ experience in contract management/negotiation is required.
Requirements of the position include: strong organization, written communication and verbal communication skills. Ability to coordinate multiple projects at one time and monitor details. Ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidential information. Ability to develop strong working relationships with others, negotiate with and to influence others. Ability to work within, and understand, the political and bureaucratic nuances which impact effectiveness in this role.
