- Manage multiple client accounts and projects;
- Review data and generate client reports;
- Distribute reports on time;
- Prepare and submit accurate invoices;
- Create and issue client quotes;
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, and in person;
- Set up customer accounts and maintain records;
- Configure new client projects per specifications;
- Send weekly and monthly status reports;
- Ensure prompt, high-quality client service;
- Other duties as assigned.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Ten (10) years’ experience in a front office or field office setting;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and perform efficiently under time constraints;
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Professional verbal and written communication skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Internet navigation;
