Solarity Credit Union is seeking a full-time Assistant Branch Experience Manager for our new Union Gap Branch in Union Gap, WA opening soon!

This position will start at our North 5th branch in Yakima until the new Union Gap branch opens.

Bilingual English/Spanish Required

As an Assistant Branch Experience Manager, you will facilitate the smooth operation of the branch, fostering a culture of customer-centric service, team collaboration, and adherence to regulatory standards, to drive growth and excellence in banking operations.

A Day in the life of an Assistant Branch Experience Manager:

Role

Although each day will be a different adventure in this role, here's a snapshot of what a day could look like:

  • Have a huddle with your team and serve as role model, championing, training, and holding staff accountable for living up to the Four Measures of Member Obsession.
  • Assess staff knowledge of products and services offered by Solarity and assign additional product knowledge training courses or assignments as needed.
  • Review employee transactions to ensure adherence to policy, procedures, and regulations.
  • Perform observation coaching, developing a cadence for regular, transparent, and direct documented feedback that supports a culture of accountability, member obsession, and continued growth.
  • Send a Solarian Salute for a member of your team that went above and beyond for one of our members by constantly looking at transactions through their member-obsession lens.
