JRI Provides The Training So That
- You will provide supervision, training, and clinical oversight to staff delivering therapeutic services to youth and families affected by trauma.
- You will collaborate with the Area Director to coordinate and oversee daily program operations, as well as to develop and implement new program initiatives.
- You will manage the quality control of clinical documentation, including intake and discharge process records, through chart and utilization reviews to ensure compliance and timeliness.
- You will comprehend and effectively apply trauma-informed practices and treatments to support parents addressing the clinical needs of the youth they serve.
- You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team that collaborates to identify the most effective strategies for guiding and supporting clients and their families.
- You will establish strong liaison relationships with families and clients, as well as with other service providers and community organizations.

- Must be 21 years of age.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling from an accredited college or university required.
- Must have clinical licensure (LICSW or LMHC).
- Must have at least 3 years of clinical experience with children and adolescents required; familiarity with trauma informed models of treatment preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience in a mental health setting with target population preferred.
- Ability to learn the needs of the youth under our care and their families; a willingness to offer a variety of interventions and treatments required by this population.
- Open to maintaining a flexible work schedule and participate in an on-call schedule.
- Proficiency in or the capacity to learn electronic medical record software, along with fundamental computer skills, including the Microsoft Suite.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
