As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a critical role in integrating sustainability into our daily operations. Your work will drive energy efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource use while supporting key business objectives. By leading data-informed initiatives and collaborating across departments, you’ll help embed sustainability into our culture and deliver measurable environmental and financial impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

Core Results (70%)

  • Lead projects to improve manufacturing efficiency and environmental performance
  • Track and report sustainability metrics in alignment with internal and external frameworks
  • Analyze facility energy usage and recommend cost-saving improvements
  • Support Scope 3 emissions tracking through supplier engagement and data collection
  • Use data visualization tools to analyze trends and support strategic decisions

Enterprise Value Creation (20%)

  • Lead projects that provide environmental impact and cost reduction
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions such as renewable energy, sustainable packaging, or closed-loop systems
  • Integrate sustainability insights into business planning, highlighting return on investment and risk mitigation

Organizational Development (10%)

  • Build relationships across Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Commercial, HR, and Finance
  • Help teams identify and prioritize projects that support waste, energy, and water reduction targets

Example Projects

  • Conducting compressed air audits to identify and repair leaks, reducing energy consumption
  • Supporting implementation of LED lighting retrofits across multiple sites
  • Tracking key metrics to demonstrate progress toward company-wide sustainability goals

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with sustainability metrics, reporting, and data analysis
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with minimal oversight
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Passion for continuous improvement and environmental stewardship
