Lee Health is seeking a Professional Practice Evaluation Program Manager to play a key role in our system-wide approach to medical quality review and professional practice evaluation. If youre a critical thinker and collaborative leader with a passion for quality improvement, this is a rewarding opportunity to lead and support continuous advancement in physician performance and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in quality, patient safety, or healthcare leadership; prior leadership experience preferred
Licensure: Active RN or APRN license in the State of Florida
Certifications: CPHQ or CPPS preferred
Skills:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and facilitate the medical staff peer review process and Medical Staff Quality Committees
- Guide and mentor other members of the Professional Practice team
- Collaborate across departments to improve clinical processes and patient outcomes
- Integrate performance feedback and quality metrics into provider workflows
- Serve as a clinical resource and leader within the Patient Safety and Quality Improvement department
- Develop and deliver physician performance reports and improvement strategies
- Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in quality, patient safety, or healthcare leadership; prior leadership experience preferred
Licensure: Active RN or APRN license in the State of Florida
Certifications: CPHQ or CPPS preferred
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and public speaking skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
