Position Title: Campus Maintenance Technician Campus: Glendale
Reports to: Director of Operations Status: PT (16 hrs), Nonexempt
Position Summary: The Campus Maintenance Technician manages their daily assigned tasks and physical activities (interior and exterior) of buildings and grounds. Work generally includes office and furniture moves, room set-ups, trash removal, general cleaning and completion of the daily duty lists as well as working with their supervisor to ensure quality appearance of the facility. Priority is making sure the campus is ready for services on Sunday mornings, and then making sure the campus is ready for ministry happening during the week.
This position is connected to the faith and ministry of the church and moves forward the mission and vision of Central Christian Church.

Responsibilities
- Maintenance, repairs and upkeep of church property through the use of various tools and equipment
- Maintain and replace as appropriate: light bulbs, air filters, etc.
- Participate in security when locking and arming/disarming buildings
- Manage HVAC controls for facility
- Participate in the set-up for weekend services, major church functions and events of 100 people or more, when appropriate
- Involved with, recruit and lead volunteer facility teams
- Participate in all required yearly equipment and safety tests
- Mange workflows submitted for campus when applicable
- Flexible for Operation Team support at other campuses when necessary
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to have effective working relationships with people of varying skills and competencies
- Currently possess or able to obtain a valid Arizona Driver’s License
- Experience doing maintenance work in similar type of environment preferred, to include general electrical repairs, painting, drywall, basic construction skills
