A highly respected insurance organization is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join their corporate finance team as an Accountant. Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries in line with monthly financial close cycles

• Support financial close operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of internal and external reporting deliverables

• Assist in the development of technical schedules used in quarterly and annual regulatory filings

• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, preparing supporting documentation and exhibits

• Contribute to the preparation of audited financial statements and help coordinate responses for audit and exam requests

• Key Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• 1+ years of accounting experience, ideally in the insurance industry

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to accuracy

• Strong time management and organizational capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
