What You’ll Do:
As a Site Coordinator, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our after-school program, ensuring a safe, engaging, and fun environment for students. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys mentoring staff, organizing activities, and fostering positive relationships with children and families.
Every day will bring something new, including:
Creating a welcoming space where children can unwind after school.
Leading hands-on activities like STEM projects, arts & crafts, and cooking.
Supporting homework time and encouraging a love for learning.
Organizing outdoor games and sports to keep kids active.
Communicating with parents and ensuring program quality.
