This is a remote, full-time role (40 hours/week) that follows U.S. Eastern Time business hours. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys independent work, pays close attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with clear expectations.

What You’ll Do
- Develop structured training modules in our LMS (we use Cypher)
- Build accurate quizzes and interactive elements aligned with learning goals
- Ensure all training materials are up-to-date, consistent, and error-free
- Follow defined standards and processes to maintain uniformity
- Collaborate with our Director of L&D on updates and revisions
- Help improve efficiency in how knowledge is delivered and tracked

Requirements
You Might Be a Great Fit If:
- You have experience in legal environments or instructional design
- You’ve handled LMS work for U.S.-based companies (a strong plus)
- You’re confident working independently with minimal oversight
- You prefer tasks that require accuracy, logic, and consistency
- You are comfortable following guidelines and working within defined systems
- You have working knowledge of LMS platforms and SCORM content
