We’re seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage shipping, receiving, and freight logistics for our client's facility. You'll coordinate carriers, track shipments, liaise with vendors/customers, and ensure smooth material flow from plant to delivery.

Schedule and coordinate inbound/outbound freight with carriers and partners

Prepare and manage shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, customs forms)

Track and monitor shipments; proactively address delays or exceptions

Collaborate with warehouse on inventory, loading/unloading, and space planning

Communicate shipment status with sales, customer service, and operations teams

Negotiate rates, monitor carrier performance, and evaluate cost-saving opportunities

Ensure compliance with domestic regulations and company SOPs

Address freight claims, discrepancies, damages, and arrange returns

Maintain accurate shipping logs—update ERP/WMS systems accordingly

Support continuous improvement initiatives (processes, tools, KPIs)
