The Client Advocate will be the primary contact for our customers and will be responsible for ensuring their needs are met in a timely fashion. This position will maintain regular communications with their portfolio of banks, as well as assist higher level teammates with basic support items.

The Client Advocate will be the primary contact for our customers and will be responsible for ensuring their needs are met in a timely fashion. This position will maintain regular communications with their portfolio of banks, as well as assist higher level teammates with basic support items.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients to collect feedback that will help drive continuous improvement across all areas, including product.
- Prepare and educate customers on new features and releases.
- Facilitate recurring client meetings ensuring clear communication on commitments and timelines for an overall successful customer journey.
- Coordinate internal resources - including Support, Modules, Implementation, and Engineering - to provide best in class service and a seamless customer experience.
- Position may require some travel to ensure client satisfaction.
- Ability to be a self-starter, including strong multi-tasking capabilities with a track record of managing multiple client accounts with shifting priorities and details in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for working with customers, proactive problem solving, and embodying a culture to exceed expectations.
- Ability to effectively communicate with our clients and bridge the gap between banking terms and Teslar Software functionality.
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service skills.
- Banking experience in Loan Operations, Commercial Lending, or related area preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Software and tech savvy.
