Job Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Work Order Management: Generate, assign, and track maintenance work orders in the Emain.
- RMA Processing and Tracking.
- Plan and schedule maintenance tasks while minimizing downtime and disruptions to operations.
- Ensure the availability of necessary tools, spare parts, and materials for maintenance tasks.
- Work closely with production, engineering, and operations teams to align maintenance activities with business goals.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency in maintenance operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and performance metrics.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, reliability, or planning roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
