Growth Marketing Manager - Remote | Full-Time

We Are Seeking a Strategic, Data-driven Marketer To Lead Digital Growth Initiatives And Elevate BIOLYTE’s Online Presence Across ECommerce Platforms And Performance Marketing Channels. This Person’s Primary Responsibilities Are As Follows:

  • Lead strategy and execution of all digital marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and brand visibility.
  • Own performance marketing metrics and use data to drive revenue growth across all digital touchpoints.
  • Develop and execute retention and lifecycle marketing programs to increase customer loyalty and repeat purchase rates.

This individual will report to the Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and execution of all digital marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and brand visibility
    • Partner with the Director of Marketing to develop advanced digital strategies that enhance user experience and improve conversion rates
    • Oversee and optimize all digital channels, including drinkBIOLYTE.com, Amazon, Instacart, and retail media platforms
    • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Own performance marketing metrics and use data to drive revenue growth across all digital touchpoints
    • Manage and optimize budgets for key metrics like CAC, ROAS, AOV, and LTV
    • Provide strategic guidance on conversion rate optimization (CRO), site merchandising, and personalization tactics
    • Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities that support growth goals
  • Develop and execute retention and lifecycle marketing programs to increase customer loyalty and repeat purchase rates
    • Build and manage campaigns across email, SMS, and loyalty programs using tools like Klaviyo and Shopify
    • Collaborate with creative teams to produce assets and offers that drive retention and engagement
    • Stay current on industry trends to continuously evolve and enhance lifecycle marketing strategies
Qualifications

  • Traits: Self-starter, Analytical, Strategic, Creative, Resourceful, Insightful, Communicative, Attentive, Down-to-Earth, Team Player
  • 3+ years of experience in growth, performance, or acquisition marketing
    • CPG/beverage experience a plus
  • Hands-on experience with paid social, paid search, email, and affiliate marketing
  • Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Supplier Central, Instacart Ads, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
