Responsibilities
- Support the development of scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools such as Flows and Process Builder
- Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality and development practices
- Assist with the implementation and customization of Sales Cloud features such as lead management, opportunity tracking, and workflows
- Support Health Cloud functionality including patient profiles, care plans, and provider data management
- Collaborate on Marketing Cloud campaigns and data integrations to support email automation and audience segmentation
- Work with senior developers to troubleshoot bugs, test new features, and document technical specifications
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices
- Contribute to sprint planning and Agile ceremonies such as standups and retrospectives
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development (0-1 years of experience via internships or entry-level development roles are acceptable as long as there is a desire to gain SF training and certifications)
- Foundational understanding of Apex, LWC, and SOQL
- Exposure to one or more Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
- Familiarity with Salesforce configuration tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take feedback constructively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred
- Experience with version control systems such as Git is a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow under mentorship within a fast-paced Agile environment
