We are seeking a Contract Learning Specialist to support our growing portfolio of organizational and leadership development programs. This role will coordinate all administrative tasks related to the development, execution, and evaluation of Learning & Development programs across YETI’s global operations. You will work directly with the Senior Manager, Organizational Development and the Learning & Development team to coordinate internal events, learning opportunities, and maintain clear communications for YETI employees. This is a 2 month contract with a possible extension.

This is a role with YETI’s Austin-based Talent team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day scheduling, logistics, set-up, and communications for all in-person and virtual learning opportunities
  • Own process for enrolling employees in Workday administered learning and development courses
  • Actively monitor and report learning course completion and recommend action items for follow-up
  • Respond to and troubleshoot employee inquiries related to learning and development opportunities
  • Partner with our Engagement team on managing the annual calendar of events, communications, membership, and budget for YETI’s employee resource groups (ERGs)
  • Collaborate with Talent Operations and Talent Systems to continually refine reporting and program evaluation
  • Regularly review and update SOPs related to learning systems and ERG administration

Qualifications

  • Experience managing calendars and events for multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Experience communicating (written and orally) with a corporate audience and explaining complex topics in a succinct manner
  • Experience with data entry and analysis. Experience with data visualization is a plus
  • Ability to think through event planning and logistics from inception to execution
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel. Familiarity with HRIS systems/Workday is a plus
