Position Summary

Image Solutions is seeking a proven B2B Enterprise Sales Director with a passion for driving customer success, developing top-performing teams, building & executing process, and aligning inside and outside sales & account management teams for maximum impact. As Director of Customer Success, you will lead our Inside Account Management team and field-based Client Partnership Managers to deliver best-in-class service to national and enterprise clients. 

This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role for a candidate who thrives at the intersection of process optimization, team development, revenue growth, and client satisfaction. 

This is a hybrid position, working 3 days a week in our Torrance, CA headquarters.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development 

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Inside Account Managers to exceed client expectations and performance goals. 
  • Cultivate a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement. 
  • Own team hiring, onboarding, training, and professional development initiatives. 
  • Establish and track KPIs to ensure consistent, measurable progress across all accounts. 

Enterprise Client Success 

  • Lead a team of outside Client Partnership Managers to deliver seamless, high-touch support for key enterprise accounts. 
  • Ensure flawless execution of customer programs—from order fulfillment and program launches to escalations and problem resolution. 
  • Support business reviews and strategic client meetings with accurate reporting, insights, and project updates. 
  • Manage and improve new customer on boarding and integration to our systems and company. 

Sales Forecasting, Operations & Process Improvement 

  • Manage sales forecasting and budgeting process in partnership with Finance 
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements that enhance speed, accuracy, and client satisfaction. 
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Customer Service, and Fulfillment to improve account outcomes. 
  • Leverage tools such as HubSpot, NetSuite, and Monday.com to drive visibility and accountability across teams. 
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and improve team efficiency. 

Leadership Team 

  • This Director role will be part of the Leadership Team and help execute & shape our short- and long-term Strategy.  This team members' insights and input will be critical to getting feedback from our customers and solutions in place to improve the overall experience Image Solutions provides.

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 
  • 5+ years in a B2B sales, account management, or client services role, with 2+ years managing teams. 
  • Proven success managing B2B enterprise-level accounts, aligning internal and external sales strategies, and achieving/exceeding sales goals. 
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with experience in performance management. 
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM and project management platforms (HubSpot, Monday.com, NetSuite, etc.). 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Strong business acumen and comfort using data to guide decisions. 
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
