Join a well-established dynamic HR team and contribute to the growth of Celldex. Identify, engage, and pre-screen potential candidates for current and future positions. Connect with talent through phone, email, or social media. Work with recruiters & department heads to create sourcing strategies. Partner with the broader HR team to provide exceptional customer service to both hiring managers and candidates.

- Partner with HR, hiring managers and department heads to understand needs and contribute to building the recruitment/sourcing strategy
- Source and evaluate potential candidates utilizing cold calls, job boards, social networking and internal database
- Interview prospective candidates via video or phone to conduct an initial assessment
- Determine appropriate recruiting sources for posting open positions
- Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and department heads
- Source candidates and build a network to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both for current and future open roles
- Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
- Coordinate recruiting activities including the creation of requisitions for posting, interview scheduling, and internal feedback calls
- Generate target lists and provide contact details
- Maintain relationships with candidates to gain industry knowledge and obtain referrals and new business opportunities
- Participate in career fairs and other networking opportunities to enhance the company’s visibility and attract top talent
- Maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process to establish a high-quality candidate experience
- Ensure staffing needs are met in accordance with governmental requirements
- Maintain consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns
- Excellent internet research skills and experience with various talent discovery tools
- Strong ability to build a network
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills; highly detail oriented

- Proactive and independent and takes initiative
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
- 10% travel to New England required
- Strong team player and ability to work well with hiring managers
- Ability to handle multiple job searches
- BA/BS in Business or Human Resources preferred, or AS with appropriate experience
- 1-3 years’ experience in HR staffing and recruiting
- 1+ year experience sourcing candidates, preferably in life sciences or other technical industries
- Experience in a high-volume staffing firm preferred
- Demonstrated experience in an environment of multiple and changing priorities
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing techniques
- Experience with ATS
