Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Labor and Delivery for a full-time night shift in Avondale, AZ.
- Provides individualized, age-specific bedside nursing care and coordinates care plans.
- May supervise team members and act as shift charge nurse.
- Requires effective communication, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
- Prefer 2+ years of NICU or acute care experience, with certifications like NRP, ACLS, PALS, or ENPC.
- Minimum education: Nursing degree; BSN preferred.
- Must hold active AZ RN license, CPR, and relevant certifications.
- Additional certifications in specialty areas (e.g., Wound Care, Bariatrics) are a plus.
- Requires training in Advanced Fetal Monitoring within six months of hire.
