What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional presence
- Collect co-pays, scan insurance cards and IDs, and confirm details in our system
- Schedule appointments and procedures using the NextGen platform
- Prepare daily deposits and end-of-day batch reports
- Confirm appointments for the next day and handle phone interactions with empathy and efficiency
- Support the flow of the front and back office — including patient check-out
- Help maintain a spotless, organized, and welcoming office environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Teams and professional email communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A compassionate, team-first attitude, always ready to learn — and the ability to multitask with grace
- Are familiar with NextGen EMR
- Have experience balancing end-of-day deposits
- Thrive in a collaborative, patient-first environment
- 1-2 years of healthcare office experience
- Familiarity with medical terminology and basic clinic procedures
