BeaconMedaes seeks a Human Resources Manager to support the General Manager and management team by leading HR processes and programs that enhance business outcomes and employee value.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Providing HR expertise across functions like Recruitment, Competence Development, and Performance Management.
- Aligning development initiatives with business goals.
- Attending management meetings and HR discussions.
- Delivering monthly and quarterly HR reports on key metrics.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Addressing employee inquiries about policies and programs.
- Overseeing HR:Link administration and improvements.
- Updating competence development programs based on evaluations.
- Collaborating to enhance employee development and business growth.
- Processing bi-weekly payroll and liaising with payroll centers.
- Promoting engagement, employee relations, and leadership development.
- Designing training activities aligned with business objectives.
- Guiding managers on recruitment, retention, and performance management.
- Managing the employment lifecycle and onboarding.
- Conducting investigations and addressing complaints.
- Handling terminations and exit processes.
- Creating effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with reporting and auditing requirements.
- Enhancing Company branding through professional representation.
- Maintaining communication to achieve objectives.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities
- Oversee one direct report while providing coaching and mentorship.
- Minimum of four years as a human resources generalist, including employee relations.
- Four-year degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient IT skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated team player.
- Strong capability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Efficient multitasker with high energy, composed under pressure.
- Proficient in handling confidential matters with discretion.
- Ability to manage employees and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR functions and employment law.
- Experience with SAP Success Factors and Dayforce is advantageous.
- Occasional travel may be required for local office visits or HR Network meetings.
