Key Responsibilities:Office & Supply Coordination:
Maintain inventory of office supplies.
Place orders and ensure supplies are stocked as needed.
Shipping & Mail Handling
Assist with printing and preparing shipment documents.
Help coordinate incoming and outgoing mail or packages.
Facility & Vendor Support
Report and track facility maintenance needs.
Communicate with service providers (e.g., cleaning, shredding) as needed.
Hiring & Onboarding Assistance
Help coordinate interviews and support hiring logistics.
Assist with onboarding steps for new team members.
Administrative Tasks
Answer phones, greet visitors, and assist with general inquiries.
Maintain organized files, records, and documentation.
Support basic office projects or company events as needed.
