Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory
  • Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures
  • Assist with onboarding new staff and maintaining personnel records
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Perform general office duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
