Education: High School Diploma or GED
Months/Years of Experience: Three (3) years of applicable experience supporting engineering or testing of hardware in the appropriate area of specialization; or two (2) years of applicable college/vocational/military/technical school and one (1) year of applicable experience in the assigned
specialty area; and the following additional requirements: Instrumentation- Must have sixteen (16) weeks of civilian or military training in electronics or basic instrumentation techniques and at least
1 of the 3 years of experience must be in electronics/instrumentation supporting engineering or testing of military hardware.
Required Qualifications: Must be a U.S. Citizen and have or be able to obtain a DoD security clearance.

- General computer / networking skills strongly desired
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits and power systems, some experience in an industrial electrical work environment preferred
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Experience with PLCs and/or National Instruments hardware is a plus
Duties
- Work on a team to support DoD systems testing with an emphasis on safety and meeting test schedules
- Troubleshoot, repair and upgrade refrigeration control systems, test instrumentation, data acquisition systems, security camera systems and information technology systems
- Support a variety of testing environments and situations, including extreme temperature, altitude, wind, dust and rain testing, both indoor and outdoor
