Enumerate is seeking a driven Account Executive to join our team! Our Account Executives are expected to generate company revenue and potential for marketing by creating strong business leads, qualification, successfully closing sales, forecasting, and making recommendations on company products and services to clients who might have need of them. Our Account Executives work on a base plus commission model with a possible OTE up to $200,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full sales cycle including prospecting, needs analysis, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations
- Creates strong business connections with, accurately describes products and services to, and drafts contracts with current and potential leads in order to close sales.
- Track all activity and update records in CRM (Salesforce)
- Partner with and mentor SDRs to help with lead generation
- Supplement current account sales by unveiling new services and products while creating new business applications.
- Schedule meetings, comprehends requirements for accounts and creates opening presentations with the end goal of starting the sales process.
- Pinpoint marketing opportunities according to qualifying accounts
- Proven experience working as an Account Executive
- Experience in the Property Tech industry is preferred
- Adept at analyzing sales performance metrics
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce)
- Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
