This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. - Championing campus safety with ironclad protocols and swift incident response
- Building and maintaining rock-solid relationships with our community of parents, coaches, and vendors
- Crafting exceptional experiences through events, seamless onboarding, and continuous improvement

- A proven track record of operational wizardry in education, sports, or event management
- Tech-savvy mindset with hands-on experience managing devices and user systems
- The ability to communicate and connect with demanding stakeholders at all levels
- An ownership mentality and knack for solving problems before they become issues
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship and commitment to being on-site in Austin
Bonus points for:
- A solid 3+ year foundation in operations or logistics leadership
- Google Admin certification or extensive experience
- First-hand experience in academic or athletic environments
- Proven history of turning good operations into great experiences
