Found in retail outlets and food service establishments across the country, our premier branded products include New England Coffee, Luzianne Iced Tea, Blue Plate Mayonnaise, Swans Down Cake Flour, and Carroll Shelby Chili, to name a few.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Community Manager. This role will be responsible for bringing our brands to life across social media platforms and in-person events. This opportunity will office at our corporate head quarters in New Orleans, LA.

  • Strategic Planning & Development: Lead the development of comprehensive activation strategies and campaign roadmaps that align with overall brand goals and client objectives
  • Account Team Support: Collaborate with account managers and teams to ensure activation strategies support broader client objectives and campaigns
  • Real-Time Brand Activation: Execute real-time brand activation strategies across social media platforms and in-person events
  • Influencer Management: Identify, coordinate, and manage relationships with influencers for events and social media campaigns to maximize brand reach and engagement
  • Strategic Implementation: Collaborate with the marketing team to define objectives, develop creative execution plans within brand guidelines, and establish success metrics
  • Creative Coordination: Work alongside creative teams to ensure brand consistency while bringing innovative ideas to life
  • Merchandise Management: Handle merchandise coordination, inventory, and support sales across various platforms
  • Content Development: When required, develop content that aligns with brand objectives and guidelines
  • Brand Representation: Serve as a brand spokesperson with vendors and at events when needed

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in brand activation, event marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and in-person activations
  • Experience developing strategic activation plans and campaign roadmaps
  • Experience coordinating with influencers for brand campaigns and events
  • Understanding of influencer marketing best practices and metrics
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and recommend optimizations
  • Ability to support account teams with strategic insights and activation planning
  • Strong understanding of brand guidelines and creative execution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think creatively while adhering to established brand frameworks
  • Experience managing merchandise sales and inventory a plus
  • Comfortable serving as an on-site representative and speaking on behalf of brands
  • Adaptable to fast-paced environments and able to make real-time decisions
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
