General Summary
The Studio Assistant will focus on supporting the studio team and their work across the brand portfolio, coordinating a variety of initiatives in the shared services photo studio. Reporting to the Creative Director and working closely with cross functional project owners, this role will help steam clothes and prepare clothing for all shoots, lifestyle shoots, sample requests, orders to replenish missing or damaged items, product information across multiple channels and all-around care and organization of sample lines.
Essential Job Functions
Seeing: Must be able to see well enough to read reports.
Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with customers, vendors and employees.
Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: Must be able to stoop or kneel to pick up products.
Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: Must be able to type and use technical sources.

Essential Job Functions
- Hang line when production is received for Sell in Shoots
- Pull and steam line for SELL and GTM shoots
- Cut tags
- Keep track of what is shoot and return lines to owners of line (Production/Ecom/Sales/Marketing)
- Order Lunches on shoot days; purchase drinks and snacks on shoot days
- Prep styling items for shoot days. Have shoes and AXS in studio prior to shoot starting
- Ensure that Merch Guides are printed by M&D two days prior to shoot days (Carrie puts these dates in the calendars)
- Diligent note taking and updating of files as needed during seasonal + Ecommerce style-outs.
- Support the team that is organizing the sample line for eComm, Sales, Marketing
- Assist the team building out seasonal shot lists and manage launch lists to inform studio.
- Assist where needed during all marketing and eCommerce shoots, in studio or lifestyle.
- Ship packages to athletes and ambassadors (this would be when samples lines are rotating out of the sample closets)
- Post to Social channels- Marketing assets would be prepared with imagery/Videos and captions and just needed to be uploaded.
- Create/Edit Tik-Tok content
- Interest in styling/fashion is preferred
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be proactive and create new processes where required
- Ability to communicate effectively cross functionally
- Comfortable working in a fast pace and high growth environment
- Ability to multitask, coordinate deadlines and implement necessary feedback
- 1-2 years retail or marketing experience preferred
- Excel experience is required
