Today's world can be intense and stressful, and it's taking an unprecedented toll on kids, teens, and families. Bend Health's collaborative care model relies on therapy to help families manage the ups and downs of everyday life. These challenges could involve managing emotions, challenging negative thinking, and reducing stress and anxiety.
We are looking for a full-time, Psychometrist Assistant passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care to join our clinical team. This position reports to the Director of Neuropsychology.
What you'll do:
- Upon notification by the neuropsychologist/psychometrist immediately following the BHE, send out self-report and collateral (e.g., caregiver, teacher, therapist) rating scales based on the neuropsych test plan.
- Check up on the rating scales' status of completion and send reminders to CG/patient/etc
- Mail hardcopy parent rating scales and testing response booklets
- Upload completed rating scales and other test score reports to the patient's Google folder.
- Provide regular updates to the psychometrist and supervising neuropsychologist regarding patient progress
- Clean up AI-generated reports in preparation for finalization by the neuropsychologist
- Complete billing sheet, including case management and other neuropsych billing units
- Administrative work as needed
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a remote environment
- Organized and excited by a dynamic environment
- Warm and engaging clinical style
- Passionate about helping kids and teens achieve goals
- Familiarity with neuropsychology or psychometry
