As a Support Services Representative for the Enterprise Team, you will have primary responsibility for fulfilling order requests for a large Enterprise Customer. Supporting an Enterprise customer will also involve account setup, entering orders, updating orders, and tracking the shipment of orders.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering and responding to incoming customer calls/inquiries. Respond to correspondence that may come through via e-mail and/or fax.
  • Assists customers and troubleshoots questions, issues, complaints, inquiries related to products and services sold, repairs, and/or order status. Often requires extensive research and interaction with various departments to resolve problem.
  • Entering and processing orders
  • Track customer shipments. Work with multiple carriers via phone, internet, etc.
  • May be asked to participate in special projects related to the department.

Knowledge And Skills Needed:

  • Ability to quickly interpret policies and procedures.
  • Must be PC literate and familiar with the Internet.
  • Excellent aptitude for solving customer service issues.
  • Ability to work as a team player and build rapport with both internal and external customers
  • Comfortable multi-tasking
  • Must have enthusiasm for customer service and a genuine desire to be of service

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience tracking a large number of items
  • A minimum of two years experience with BearCom’s JDE portal
  • A minimum of two years experience dealing directly with internal or external customers
