Eduro Healthcare is seeking a Vice President of Procurement to lead our company-wide procurement operations. This executive role is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing practices across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Nursing Home Administrator. Procurement and vendor negotiations is a big plus.
Eduro Healthcare is a Salt Lake City, Utah based healthcare company that focuses on skilled nursing and rehabilitation, sub-acute, and assisted living acquisitions and operations, real estate investment into healthcare related properties, home health and hospice, and other geriatric related healthcare investments. We currently manage properties in six states and are rapidly growing.

Responsibilities
- Liaising with key company employees and facility administrators to determine their product and service needs
- Performing all procurement activities including pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreements, preparation of contracts and tender management
- Delegating tasks and supervising the work of purchasing across all departments
- Identifying areas for improvement to continually drive performance and business results
- Managing overall direction, coordination and evaluation of procurement for the organization. Manage the facility level expenses (PPD’s) weekly and ensure budgets are met
- Developing strong relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve business
- Creating policies and procedures for risk management and mitigation
- Implement procurement best practices and technologies
- 5+ years of procurement experience
- 5+ years in a leadership role
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance
- Reliably commute to our South Salt Lake office
- 3 years min experience as a SNF Administrator
- Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
