The eLearning Content Developer designs and creates high-end online courses and training resources for clients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contribute to the development of conceptual design.
  • Assist in course storyboarding and develop creative and intuitive solutions for online learning.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to design interactive online training content.
  • Produce instructional training videos.
  • Design and develop customized simulations, activities, assessments, and games.
  • Create, upload, and manage lesson content.

Salary range for this role- $42,000-$50,000

EDUCATION:

Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience preferred. Equivalent, relevant experience considered.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, digital or print layout, or related skillset.
  • Experience creating content using Articulate Rise and Storyline.
  • Experience creating animated videos with Vyond is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Software.
  • Familiarity with basic video and audio editing software.

COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external team members.
  • Creativity and design background and skills (Applicants asked to provide a portfolio of examples).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign required).
  • Capability to work on multiple projects and manage deadlines.
  • Capable of conducting client meetings to understand their needs and collaborate on content strategies and delivery.
  • Basic understanding and application of HTML/CSS.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skills in audio/video production are beneficial.
