  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in operations, process improvement, and analytics.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in process improvement for operations, lean or six sigma training and experience.
  • Excellent data driven decision making, organizing and problem-solving skills including failure root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Ability to learn and apply that knowledge.
  • Ability to work separately, and in a team with a growth mindset.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$194,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage performance of a small team that digitizes partner media and objects at the scan center. Responsible for timely turnaround.
  • Execute any required prioritization of partner content through the various digitization processes.
  • Build, audit, optimize and streamline digitization operations including development/revision of standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in various cross-site training, development and process harmonization projects to bring and document standardized best-practices to global tape operations.
  • Support assigned or digitization program leads as required to meet quarterly program deliverables, including taking responsibility for various sub-projects as needed.
