The Sr. Manager Global Media, Americas is a key member of the Global Media Team, overseeing paid media planning and execution for toy and game brands for the Americas (US, CA and LATAM). Based in the US (Rhode Island), this role will work closely with the Senior Director of Global Media, and will support the Global Media Team in shaping strategies and developing and managing integrated media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales across key audiences.
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Media this individual will be a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital, social, TV, creator and gaming media and be comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams, external agencies, and media partners.

The base salary range for this position is $105,800.00 to $158,600.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.

A Day in the Life as a Sr. Manager, Global Media, Americas:
Paid Media Strategy & Execution:
- Serve as the paid media lead for a portfolio of Hasbro toy and game brands, managing cross-channel media campaigns from planning to execution.
- Develop go-to-market media strategies, ensuring alignment with brand marketing objectives, audience insights, and sales goals.
- Support media planning processes, ensuring brand inputs, media channel roles, and measurement frameworks are effectively incorporated.
- Manage day-to-day collaboration with media agencies, ensuring campaigns align with business needs and deliver measurable results.
- Own and maintain key media documentation, including brand summaries, campaign plans, and trafficking sheets to ensure seamless execution.
- Partner closely with performance retail media team counterparts to ensure integration across all paid media tactics
- Review and refine media presentation materials, ensuring clarity and accuracy based on brand briefs, budgets, and campaign objectives.
- Maintain knowledge of media best practices, trends and industry developments.
- Manage, mentor and provide guidance to direct reports within Global Media team.
- Work closely with the performance retail team to align upper-funnel brand activations with lower-funnel conversion tactics to ensure we’re driving users down the funnel.
- Act as a liaison between Global Media, Global Brand, Regional Brand, and Analytics teams to ensure consistent communication and execution.
- Ensure that creative assets and messaging align with media objectives, partnering closely with internal creative production teams.
- Join weekly optimization and reporting calls with media agencies to monitor performance, flag concerns, and recommend adjustments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in paid media, advertising, or strategic marketing, ideally in a consumer-focused industry (toys, games, entertainment, or retail).
- Solid understanding digital, TV, social, and retail media strategies, including hands-on experience working with media agencies and vendors.
- Proven track-record of contributing to the delivery of high-quality campaigns with clear measurement strategies either on the agency or client side.
- Strong ability to analyze campaign performance, interpret data, and contribute to media optimization strategies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of balancing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to internal teams and external partners.
- Aptitude to make informed decisions and seek input quickly to keep performance on track.
- Experience managing direct reports and providing growth path support and direction.
- Adaptability and problem-solving mindset; ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
- Self-starter mentality, with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
