In-person services are required, with flexible scheduling options available, including daytime, afternoon, and evening hours in both school and home-based settings.

Duties:
- Provide initial and/or continuing in-home client (re)assessments including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland and AFLS
- Conduct functional Behavior Assessments
- Develop and create programs for each individual under your caseload
- Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services
- Plan, manage, and evaluate assigned staff in order to properly address behavioral excesses and deficits by building functional skill repertoires
- Provide ABA training for families in correlation with Authorization Requirements
- Manage electronic data regarding the client’s progress using the system of Rethink Behavioral Health
- Ability to build strong and supportive relationships with others
- Ability to adapt to ABA procedures that respect cultural diversity
- Possess exceptional written and verbal skills
- Detail oriented
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills
- Must hold an active Board Certified Behavioral Analysis Certificate within the United States
- Master’s Degree
- 1+ years of experience
- 8 Hour Supervision Certificate preferred
- Part-time / Full-Time Opportunities Available

- Location: Dependent on client location (Hybrid, In-Person, and Remote options available)
