We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Data Scientist II – Machine Learning to join our Enterprise Analytics team. In this advanced individual contributor role, you will leverage deep technical expertise, sophisticated problem-solving skills, and business acumen to influence strategic decisions across the organization. You will take ownership of complex data science projects with high visibility and impact, working across departments to shape the way we use data and machine learning to drive business outcomes.

What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning models, generative Ai and advanced statistical solutions using platforms like Vertex.ai.
- Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders and engineering teams to identify strategic opportunities, formulate hypotheses, and develop models that guide data-driven decisions.
- Apply diverse data science methodologies to solve ambiguous and complex problems using advanced analytics.
- Drive innovation by identifying new data sources, modeling techniques, and tools that can be adopted for greater impact.
- Communicate complex findings and technical results to senior leadership in a clear, actionable manner.
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices across the analytics organization.
- Support the development of Customer 360 initiatives and other enterprise-level data products.
- Identify and integrate third-party data to enrich insights and model performance.
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or master’s degree with 3+ years in applied statistics, data science, or business analytics.
- Proficient in Python, R, and SQL, with hands-on experience in machine learning, MLOps, and data pipeline architecture.
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and cloud-based platforms like GCP or AWS.
- Expertise in building dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Tableau) to support decision-making across the enterprise.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight and handle projects that impact multiple areas of the business.

- Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
- Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
- Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from a remote office location.
