Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Request Management:
    • Manage all creative asset requests submitted by stakeholders via Monday.com, ensuring all briefs are clear, complete, and actionable.
  • Brief Breakdown Assignment:
    • Review and break down creative briefs into actionable tasks; assign deliverables to designers, copywriters, and relevant team members.
  • Project Timeline Management:
    • Align with stakeholders on delivery timelines, track milestones, and ensure all creative assets meet both alpha and final delivery deadlines and pushback when needed.
  • Approval Process Oversight:
    • Manage the end-to-end approval process, from initial drafts to final sign-off, ensuring alignment between creative, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Product Launch PMO:
    • Lead project management efforts for product launches, coordinating with regional stakeholders and the global marketing team to ensure timely and accurate asset delivery.
  • Process Development Optimization:
    • Build, document, and improve internal creative team processes. Conduct regular process reviews and implement revisions to drive efficiency and meet all deadlines.
  • Creative Recaps Reporting:
    • Provide project recaps, learnings, and performance insights to inform future creative and campaign strategies.
Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in creative project management, marketing operations, or agency traffic management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in Monday.com and project management best practices
  • Experience working with cross-functional creative teams (design, copy, brand, digital, product)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills (global and local teams)
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate roadblocks and adjust as needed
  • Experience in consumer electronics, tech, or similar industries is a plus
