Summary

Paragon Professional Services , LLC (PPS) is currently seeking a Training Manager. We are looking for an experienced Training Manager with the experience to develop programs from early stages and create systems that will evolve and improve over time. We are seeking a candidate that is highly motivated, self-starter and a change agent to develop processes to enhance user experience and drive value to their organizations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position, and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job. Other duties may be assigned.

  • The Training Manager role will be responsible and accountable for developing a customer and stakeholder training system, to include pipeline management, establishing content, determine most effective delivery methods and to maintain training records.
  • The scope of the Training Manager position is within the Basing & Logistics Analytics Data Environment (BLADE), and will train and equip US Air Force member on Data Analytics-as-a-Service, Self Service Analytics, Dashboarding, and Data Management.
  • Design, plan and develop training using knowledge of the effectiveness of various methods, i.e., classroom training, workshops, etc.
  • Manage the delivery and execution of training throughout multiple departments within the company.
  • Responsible for the need’s assessment and evaluation of training.
  • Organize training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.
  • Arrange for the maintenance of all necessary equipment, print and online training materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training.
  • Monitor and report on training activities, costs, performance, etc.
  • Ensure conformance of all Holiday Builders standards, policies and procedures.

Required (Minimum) Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Technical Training experience and working with various Training Management Systems
  • Experience in managing Training Systems for a diverse skill sets, entry level to experienced
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Knowledge and understanding of data management, data analytics capability, data visualization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to research, write behavioral objectives and effectively write training materials.
  • Excellent one-on-one and group presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to use a variety of learning/training concepts and principles.
  • Agile development experience

Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse and multi-line telephone system. The work described herein is primarily a modern office setting. Typical work hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m (Central Time). Job may require additional hours. Work hours may change at Management’s discretion with or without prior notice.

Additional Qualifying Factors

As a condition of employment, may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results to obtain access to military base. Must have reliable transportation to/from work a necessity and must be able to obtain access to military installations.
