Saab, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented associate project manager to join the U.S. Strategy Office's Operations and Analytics team. Responsibilities Include:
- Research – conduct market, global trends, and geopolitical and competitive landscapes analysis
- Report writing - draft content for Win Business proposals, white papers, and strategy documents
- Organization coordination – own and maintain rhythm of business and key engagement management systems
- Strategy execution support - facilitate updates to the objectives and key results (OKR) dashboard, quarterly business review presentations, and five-year business plan drafts
- Engagements – assist in the preparation and execution of internal, partner, and customer facing events and interactions
- Iteration and Improvement - seek out ways to improve the business and experience for our customers, team members, and stakeholders; provide recommendations to Director of Strategy

- Strong analytical and composition skills, with the capability to understand the intended audience
- Ability to create clear, informative, and data-driven visual presentations on topics including AI, autonomy, and strategy
- Strong written and verbal communication with internal and partner stakeholders, including consultants and cross-functional teams
- Robust organizational and systems skills
- Bachelor’s degree in political science, business administration, or related fields
