Compensation: $30.00/hour
Summary
Support the recruitment process by managing a variety of administrative and coordination duties, including, but not limited to, scheduling, follow-up, and tracking tasks.

Considerable time is spent at a desk using a computer terminal. Mostly an indoor office environment with windows. Offices with equipment noise. Offices with frequent interruptions
May be required to attend career fairs, conferences and training sessions within Bay Area or in- or out-of-state locations.
May be required to occasionally travel to outside customers, vendors or suppliers.

Summary
Support the recruitment process by managing a variety of administrative and coordination duties, including, but not limited to, scheduling, follow-up, and tracking tasks.
Essential Functions
- Assist with application/resume review and candidate screenings
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Manage, maintain, and update Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure accurate tracking of candidates throughout the entire lifecycle
- Assist with job postings on a variety of venues (job boards, college sites,
- Collaborate with recruiting partners and hiring managers to maintain smooth
- Serve as point of contact for candidates to ensure a positive experience
- Assist with job fairs and recruiting events
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
- Two years of experience in recruiting, HR administration, or related field
- Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – (Lever a plus)
- Proficiency with Office 365 products (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Word,
- Experience with scheduling tools and video conference tools
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong multitasking skills
