You will report to the Director of Product and play a key role in driving the growth and success of HFD’s partner-facing APIs. You will be responsible for setting the product vision, prioritizing the roadmap, and ensuring the needs of both our partners and internal teams are met. This role balances customer advocacy, technical understanding, and business alignment to deliver high-impact solutions. You’ll champion your products across the organization, drive adoption, and help ensure seamless partner experiences through our API integrations.
As a Product Owner You Will
Be responsible for driving the success of HFD’s Integrations product domain by maximizing the output and effectiveness of your development team. You will own the product backlog—organizing, prioritizing, and clearly defining backlog items to ensure the team is always working on the most valuable features.
You will lead cross-functional collaboration and translate business needs into clear acceptance criteria. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on product goals, project scope, and technical requirements.
In this role, you will also play a key part in supporting our external partners by assisting them in integrating HFD’s APIs into their platforms. You will work directly with partner teams to ensure smooth onboarding, resolve integration challenges, and advocate for enhancements that improve the partner experience.
You’ll regularly refine the product vision, adjust priorities based on partner and business feedback, and continuously optimize the value your team delivers. This is a growth-oriented position suited for product professionals who are developing their craft and ready to take on increasingly complex product challenges with some independence.
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 4+ years of relevant experience in product management, technical integrations, or related fields.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on software, APIs, or technical integrations.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication methods, and data formats such as JSON and XML.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements and partner-facing solutions.
- CSPO or related certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive decisions.
- Experience working directly with external partners or customers to support API integrations and solve implementation challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
- Passion for solving problems, driving innovation, and continuously improving both products and processes.
