Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer designs implements, and improves manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role also oversees the Maintenance Department, ensuring equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Primary Responsibilities
- Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and productivity.
- Implement automation techniques to enhance production.
- Analyze product design feasibility and recommend improvements.
- Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct cost analysis and propose cost-saving measures.
- Support process improvements and capital expenditure requests.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Oversee equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and breakdown resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and reduce waste.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing and maintenance issues to minimize downtime.
- Train personnel on new processes and equipment.
- Provide backup support for cross-functional teams as needed.

- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering Technology.
- Experience with production systems, regulations, and standards.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing methodologies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D imaging software a plus.
- Background in skilled trades is a plus.
- Expertise in machine design, motion controls, and automation.
- Ability to integrate new technologies to meet quality objectives.
- Strong financial acumen related to project performance indicators.
- Advanced mathematical skills and engineering concepts.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing a plus.
- Ability to create and review technical documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
