Position Overview: This is an exceptional opportunity to join The Hanover’s experienced legal team to provide counsel on a broad range of complex corporate matters, securities law, including SEC filings and corporate governance, and to provide support across the organization and its affiliates and subsidiaries including internal departments (finance, accounting, corporate development, investor relations, marketing, communications, HR, investments, and other corporate functions), as part of the Office of the General Counsel (“OGC”).
Experience: 15+ years of legal experience, with a strong background in corporate securities and a broad range of legal experience. Proven ability to operate independently with minimal oversight. Experience in a large law firm, followed by in-house counsel roles, is preferred. In-house experience with a publicly traded company is a plus.
Location: Worcester, Massachusetts with a flexible hybrid working arrangement (3 days a week in office).
Compensation: A competitive compensation package will be offered.
